Immersive Suite

Create space, shape movement, and keep track of the mix. Seven plug-ins for spatial effects, dynamics, metering, and monitoring, plus Spec for offline ADM analysis.

Explore the tools

Planned first release: AAX for Pro Tools on macOS, plus the standalone Spec app.

Inside the suite

From the creative return to the final file.

Immersive reverb

Reverb

AAX plug-in

Build a space around the mix. Shape the tail, early reflections, and height, then balance the wet signal across individual speakers.

  • Hall, Ambient, Chamber, Room, and Plate modes
  • Decay, pre-delay, damping, modulation, and wet filters
  • Width, depth, height, and a per-speaker wet output mixer
  • Preset-safe Dry/Wet lock for inserts and aux returns

Musical immersive delay

Echo

AAX plug-in

Place rhythmic repeats across the speaker field. Combine multiple taps, tempo sync, tone shaping, and motion for anything from clear echoes to diffuse textures.

  • One to four taps with adjustable spread
  • Free timing or tempo-synced straight, dotted, and triplet divisions
  • Circle, Square, or Random motion with crossfeed and diffusion
  • Per-speaker wet levels and preset-safe Dry/Wet lock

Immersive true-peak limiter

Limit

AAX plug-in

Control peaks without losing sight of the multichannel image. Set input drive and output ceiling independently, then choose how channels share gain reduction.

  • Independent Threshold and Ceiling controls
  • True Peak and Sample Peak processing modes
  • All Linked, Stereo Pairs, Bed Linked + LFE Independent, and Dual Mono linking
  • Per-channel meters, held maxima, and gain-reduction history

Peak limiting is not automatic loudness normalization. Use Meter to assess the resulting programme loudness.

Immersive loudness meter

Meter

AAX plug-in

See the levels and the bigger picture. Follow channel peaks, programme loudness, true peak, and loudness history while your session plays.

  • Integrated, Momentary, and Short-Term loudness
  • Loudness Range and True Peak readouts
  • Per-channel sample peaks and scrolling history
  • Informational target profiles and exportable reviews

Target profiles are reference checks, not delivery certification. Always confirm the current delivery brief.

Immersive LFE low-pass

Filter

AAX plug-in

Give the LFE channel its own frequency control. Adjust cutoff and slope while the rest of the multichannel bus passes through unfiltered.

  • Dedicated LFE-channel processing
  • Adjustable cutoff from 40 to 220 Hz
  • 12, 24, 36, or 48 dB/octave slopes
  • LFE spectrum, filter response, and input/output peak meters

Filter is not a bass-management crossover and does not redirect bass from the main speakers.

Immersive binaural renderer

Percept

AAX plug-in

Monitor a speaker-layout mix on headphones. Inspect the directional feeds, turn the virtual listener, and adjust width and room contribution in a stereo binaural render.

  • Speaker-layout inputs through 9.1.6 to binaural stereo
  • Azimuth and elevation views
  • Head yaw, speaker width, room amount, and output trim
  • Input mixer with per-channel level, solo, and mute

LFE is intentionally excluded. Percept works with speaker channels, not ADM object metadata or per-object binaural settings.

First-order ambisonic decoder

Ambi

AAX plug-in

Bring first-order B-format recordings into your speaker mix. Match the input convention, rotate the soundfield, and balance the decoded speaker feeds.

  • Four-channel first-order B-format input: AmbiX or FuMa
  • Speaker outputs from stereo through 9.1.6
  • Yaw, pitch, and roll with azimuth and elevation views
  • Per-speaker output mixer with level, solo, and mute

Ambi decodes first-order B-format, not raw microphone A-format or higher-order ambisonics. It does not author ADM objects.

ADM loudness analysis

Spec

Standalone macOS app

Check the exported file outside the session. Analyze supported ADM BWF/BW64 programmes and keep the results, measurement path, and source details together in a report.

  • Offline analysis of supported ADM BWF/BW64 files
  • Integrated and speech-gated loudness, Loudness Range, and True Peak
  • Programme selection and explicit analysis-path reporting
  • JSON and CSV report export

Spec is an independent analysis tool, not a certified delivery validator. It does not normalize or rewrite your audio, and not every ADM programme is supported.
